Since switching, I have had great service, support and great quick answers from Hostcrate's staff meember. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I have been getting great support, wonderful help with keeping up on my stream(shoutcast) account by a simple reminder about a week before its due via private IM and a simple followup by friendly staff.

Since talking to the friendly staff, getting all my question answered and in a timely manner rather than most companies who doesn't have anyone online now a days.
